LIAR LIAR
Pants on fire: Politicians always say what they believe people want to hear. Currently Boris Johnson’s government has a crisis of believability. The seem to be just making things up. When Boris Johnson stands before schoolchildren and quotes Kermit the Frog you know the Green issue has become entirely amphibious – ahem – I mean ambiguous. Ambiguity is the stock and trade of the liar. That’s why politicians are so untrustworthy. They actually begin to believe their own propaganda.
